Tier III+ data centres in Mumbai (BKC / Navi Mumbai zone) and Noida (Greater Noida / Delhi NCR). Both are inside India. Data never leaves Indian soil unless you explicitly configure a DR replication target abroad. This satisfies DPDP Act 2023 data residency, RBI Cyber Security Framework, SEBI CSCRF, IRDAI Information & Cyber Security guidelines, and DoT licensing requirements for BFSI, government, and regulated private sector workloads.
Which virtualization platforms can I run?+
All five major platforms: Microsoft Hyper-V on Windows Server 2022/2025 (free with OS licence), VMware vSphere 8 (ESXi + vCenter, including VCF 9 for HCI), Proxmox VE 8.x (open-source, KVM + LXC, with Ceph storage), Apache CloudStack 4.19+ (IaaS orchestration), and HCI stacks including Nutanix AHV, HPE dHCI, and VMware vSAN. We pre-install and configure the platform of your choice at deployment. We also handle Broadcom VMware subscription licensing (required since 2024) and help customers migrate off VMware to Proxmox or HCI alternatives when pricing becomes untenable.
Are your servers SAP HANA certified?+
Yes. Our SAP HANA tier uses HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen12 and DL580 Gen12 SAP-certified configurations — SAP Note 2235581 compliant, with Tailored Data Centre Integration (TDI) or appliance delivery models. Available in Mumbai and Noida for S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Business Suite on HANA, and Data Marketplace. Full deployment includes SAP HANA Studio, HANA Cockpit, backup integration with Commvault or Veeam, and 24/7 Basis-level managed support is available as an add-on. HANA sizing (S-Score, SAPS) done based on your SAP Quick Sizer output or existing ECC usage data.

Yes. CloudTechTiq is a Government e-Marketplace (GeM) authorised seller. Our dedicated server offering is listed on GeM for Central & State Government departments, PSUs, defence, Railways, and autonomous bodies. Hardware is assembled and integrated within India at our facilities, satisfying Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017 guidelines. Local Content declarations available on request. MSME-registered, with benefits extended to MSME procurement preferences where applicable.
Can I run Windows Server and Linux on the same server?+
Yes — via virtualization. Install Hyper-V (free with Windows Server) or Proxmox (free open-source) and run multiple guest VMs mixing Windows Server 2022/2025, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 LTS, RHEL 8/9, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian, Oracle Linux, or SLES. For bare-metal dual-boot we support side-by-side installs but recommend a hypervisor layer for production. All Microsoft Windows Server licences can be procured via our SPLA (Services Provider License Agreement) programme with per-core monthly billing, or BYOL if you already own licences.
What's the difference between managed and self-managed?+
Self-managed: You get root/administrator access, IPMI/iLO/iDRAC remote console, 99.99% hardware uptime SLA, and 24/7 smart hands (per incident). You handle OS patching, backups, applications. Ideal for teams with mature DevOps. Fully managed (+₹12K/mo/server typical): Everything above, plus we handle OS install + CIS hardening, monthly kernel/security patching, 24/7 monitoring, Acronis backups with 30-day retention, incident response (P1 = 15-min acknowledge), quarterly reviews, and a DPDP audit pack. Standard for BFSI, SAP, healthcare, and production workloads.
What network, uplink, and DDoS protection do servers get?+
Dual-ISP uplinks with BGP routing to Jio, Airtel, Tata Communications, BSNL, and regional ISPs. Standard port speeds: 1 Gbps unmetered on Entry tier, 10 Gbps on Professional, 25 Gbps on Enterprise, up to 100 Gbps on AI/HPC configs. Bandwidth commitments and burst capacity quoted per contract. DDoS protection: Always-on mitigation up to 10 Gbps included on all servers — higher tiers available. Private VLAN between servers in the same DC at no extra charge. Optional MPLS / SD-WAN integration (Tata / Airtel / Sify) to your offices at cost.
Can I split production and DR across Mumbai and Noida?+
Yes, and we strongly recommend this for BFSI, SAP, and regulated workloads. Cross-DC replication runs over private fibre with ~20-25 ms typical latency. Active-Passive and Active-Active topologies both supported. Common patterns: production in Mumbai (BFSI, NSE/BSE proximity), DR in Noida — or the reverse for government-facing workloads. Replication tooling includes VMware SRM, Zerto, Veeam, Commvault, HANA System Replication, SQL AlwaysOn, and PostgreSQL streaming replication.
What's the typical provisioning time from order to root access?+
Entry/Professional tier: 4-8 business hours for stock configurations. Enterprise / custom: 2-5 business days depending on hardware availability. SAP HANA certified: 7-10 business days including SAP sizing validation and HPE factory configuration. All delivery includes network provisioning, hypervisor install, and a provisioning call to hand over credentials. Expedited delivery available at a surcharge if you're replacing a failed system.
Do you provide Windows / Microsoft / VMware / Red Hat licensing?+
Yes — we're authorised resellers for all major enterprise software. Microsoft: Windows Server 2022/2025 (SPLA or BYOL), SQL Server, Remote Desktop CALs. VMware/Broadcom: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF 9 subscriptions. Red Hat: RHEL, RHEL for SAP, OpenShift. SUSE: SLES, SLES for SAP. Nutanix / HPE: AHV / Prism / OneView / Morpheus. Licences billed in INR alongside hardware, or BYOL accepted if you have existing entitlements.
